I stay at the Palms three times within the last two months. I received nothing but exceptional service from the moment I arrived at the front door. I was greeted at the front door and service just increased from there. The front desk welcomed me with the upmost professional service and took care of check-in. The Palm's housekeeping is the best around as far as I'm concerned. Always friendly and very prompt with every request. Everything I need was on premises. It was great and I will stay again.
