hotel feels antiquated

i only used the hotel and shower, so it was satisfactory for those purposes. the room and bed did not seem clean. there was a stain on the bed sheet like spilt coffee. i was not sure if it was washed and stained or just stained from the previous customer. the pillows to the bed were the opposite of fluffy. they came by my room to clean at 10:30. when i asked to come back in an hour, they said they would but never did.
