As far as all-inclusive resorts go, this is a great place to stay. The bars/ restaurants have top shelf alcohol (Grey Goose and Bombay Sapphire). The restaurants have good, varied food. Even though the hotel was full, we never felt it was too crowded or had to wait more than a few minutes to be seated at restaurants. Maria Maries is an excellent restaurant, which I highly recommend you get reservations for at the beginning of your trip. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We were approached about a 90 minute presentation for their version of time shares - we declined and we were not asked again. The room was clean, with twice a day service. All rooms are ocean view. The difference between ocean view, ocean front is that ocean front rooms are located on the 8th floor, and ocean view rooms are on floors 5 thorugh 7. The lowest "level" room - the Royal Junior Suite is located on floors 2 through 4 and apparently does not have some of the little extras such as slippers, bathrobes, chocolates at night etc. One minor issue we had was when my girl friend wanted to join in a yoga class in the morning, instead of just letting her join in, the instructor told her she had to go back to the gym to sign up for the class 10 minutes before it starts, so she was not able to attend even thought the class was practically empty. Note that the martini bar, the lobbly bar and the wine bar, are all one bar, not 3 separate ones.
