This hotel has terrible service

My husband and I went to this hotel for our honeymoon. On our second day there I came back to our room to find my cash missing. I went to guest services and informed them of the theft. I sat in guest services for four hours the first day trying to get some answers. All they could tell me was there were four maids in my room that day and one maintenence person that I had not called. The manager at guest services offered my husband and I a couples massage to make up for the theft. The next day when we went to get our massages we were informed by a different employee that our massages were not complimentary and the manager had stated. I proceeded to go back every day of my honeymoon to find out what they had found out about the missing money from my room only to get the run around and it NEVER got resolved. The bed in the room didnt even have a fitted sheet. They resort was dirty and the customer service was really no help in finding out who took the money from my room. Needless to say our honeymoon was not what we had hoped:(
