Location is key

This hotel was in the middle of Times Square, with a great view, and very centralized to everything for a tourist. The price was reasonable and the overall condition of the hotel was modern and to our liking. Couple of issues - no free internet - you had the option of paying daily. For a hotel in NYC at this price, I would expect free internet. Also, the door staff was there to assist in hailing cabs, but they weren't doing it in order of guest arrival (a line most of the time), they were allowing people to walk up, tip them, and jump in a car or cab ahead of others. Also, there was a charge for a local call on my bill when I checked out. It was actually a call from my room to the front desk. But, when I called them about it, they removed the charge. A couple of issues, but nothing too concerning considering the overall result I would stay here again.
