Not my best experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We pre-registered and received a phone call when our room was ready. When we arrived back (less than an hour later) to get our key and luggage our room had been given away. They put us in another comparable room but it had no in room safe and the A/C did not work. We alerted the front desk as we were leaving for an evening out and they told us it would be fixed when we returned, it was not and we spent the night with no air. We notified them again and they said they would fix but offered no compensation for the issues. They did not have in-room safes available but offered to put our valuable in a safe deposit box, requiring us to go to the front desk to retrieve items. Finally on our last night of the stay we go no sleep due to the obscene noise from the room next door, walls are much to thin. I have no desire to stay at this property again.
