The hotel was nice upon our first encounter. I had requested two queen beds, however, when we got to our room, there was one king. Called the front desk. The transferred us to another room(I had to go down to the front desk to fix it. They did not come up to our room or transfer luggage). Second room had soaking wet carpet by the window. Made another call to the front desk. They found us another room(Again, I had to go downstairs to the front desk and then transfer my own luggage). After that, no problems Terrace restaurant was fabulous. Food was great and service was wonderful! Beautiful view of the lake. All of the employees at the door and inside at the restaurants/bars were very friendly and helpful. Folks at the front desk were not very knowledgeable about anything in the area. So, you are on your own.
