After entering New York through the Lincoln Tunnel, in which I had the meanest toll person ever, got honked at and yelled at by every taxi cab there was, it was nice to finally arrive at the Westin were the staff was wonderful. Made us feel welcome and was very accomodating answering all our questions. The room was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you for making my first trip to NY not so bad :o)
