Our stay at Place Phillips was awful! We arrived late evening and the room was dingy and poorly lit. The light from the parking lot next door was impossible to block out. When we awoke we were covered in awful bites! We looked in the matress and it was covered in bed bugs! Just about the grossest experience of my life. I chose thisd place because the reviews were good but the actual place was old, musty, and has bedbugs! Don't go!
