The foyer and bar area are very tastefully decorated and looks like that will be reflected across the hotel , just what a shock when I get up to the floor firstly the entire corridor smelled of smoke , upon entering the room , which was almost completely taken up by the bed I then find a really cool draft blowing in the window due to the gap in the window were the air conditioner was located, we stuffed the curtain in the gaps to stop the draft. Located in the room was a TV from about 15 years ago and a remote control that did not work. I was told at reception there was complementary teas and coffee which consisted of a coffee pot and hot water in a room off reception. Then the next morning I at 7 am on a Sunday morning to staff shouting at each other and also as there was no heating controls an opressive heat in the room that gave myself and my wife headaches. We packed and left to explore the city and will never return to that hotel
