3 to a room, 2 were late. First person charged, not the reservation card. Sister's card was swiped as assured she wouldn't be charged. She was. It is awkward, and a financial strain. Their mistake. They didn't verify which card to charge on check out. Now I have to pay all up from within 24 hours so she can pay her card. When I called to see what they would do for their error, they only offered to transfer the amount to my card. It's too late. Payment is due. Their accountant didn't care at all. When I said they would lose me for the chain, calmly, I got an uh huh. What an attitude! It seems I was supposed to write ahead stating that only that card be used for charges. I was supposed to know I would be stuck on the tarmac so long at Logan airport that I would miss my connection in Chicago. There are other hotels in Knoxville.
