We were given a room that directly bordered the elevators and was across from the cleaning closet. We should have asked for a different room, that is true. We heard every noise, "bing," and conversation coming from the elevators. We also heard every door closing in the hallway. There was mold on the wallpaper above the shower, and the hot water in the shower was not hot enough. Coffee makers are available, "upon request," and in my opinion, a 5-star hotel should leave nothing that customary to available "upon request." The restaurant atmosphere is completely boring, and very small. The bar is the same...small and boring. Nothing to the lobby. I can't believe it is supposed to be a 5-star. The best thing about the hotel was its location and shopping adjacent to it.
