The Lenox staff members do everything first class. When we pulled up to the curb of the Lenox it was pouring rain. We were met by a gentleman with an umbrella who escorted each one of us into the hotel and made sure that are bags were unpacked and we didn't get wet. When we wanted to walk down the street, umbrellas were given to us by the front desk staff to make sure that we stayed dry. The bell man noticed that there were 4 people in our group and that there were only 2 complimentary waters in the room. He, without being asked, went and got two more bottles. We left an item behind at the hotel and the staff sent it to us without charge. The hotel is old but finely decorated. The rooms are great in size. The beds could have been a little more comfortable but they were by no means shabby. I would return as they do have a very good staff.
