Very poor staff service and internet service not useful

I am not a habitual complainer and I just want to provide objective useful feedback so they can improve. The location and room and comfort were fine. The food quality in the Commodore (restaurant/bar) was not good. Everyone relies on an internet connection in their room these days. I was pleased to see it was free, but terribly disappointed that 1) I could not get connected without calling technical support and 2) once I did get on after an hour, it was so slow as to be completely unusable. When I discovered I could not connect, I called the front desk, got a pleasant response that she would send someone up. After 20 minutes I called again...apologies and promise to send someone. 15 minutes later, no one, so I called again. Finally got someone up in 5 more minutes. Only to find out I had to call an 800 number to get technical support. (Could have told me this on call 1.) Got on after a few minutes of their "changing some settings", but it was so slow I had to call back. Tried to adjust again. Said, there must be a lot of people also on (really? people use the internet in hotels at night?) I rely on being able to get connected/ I will not stay here again.
