HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & NOISY-WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Customer service was absolutely horrible at the Queen Mary Hotel, especially with the Front Desk, Hotel Operator and Housekeeping staff. No one gave a hoot about anything and it was not busy at all (we stayed on weeknights). Do not waste your money here. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING in the adjacent rooms and the ship is noisy. Kids also like to run in the long hallway and the plank. Hotel staff does not stop the kids from running around. You will not get a good night's rest here.
