We loved everything about this hotel. The bath and bed linens were soft, luxurious cotton, the room was very spacious and visually appealing, loved the plantation shades on the windows, you could let in light or keep out the sun and heat. The minute you enter the front door of this hotel and heard the sound of the waterfall at street level and take in the lovely fragance of this hotel you are embraced in comfort. The entire staff, from bellmen, front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were genuine , friendly, and helpful. The Citrus Restaurant is not to be missed, my favorite meals in San Antonio were at this restaurant. Would recommend this hotel to a friend.
