This is a very nice hotel, unfortunately, they need a better manager. I have a wife and three kids. The room was listed as 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Perfect for my family on paper. Our sleeper sofa was at least 2 decades old. You didn't have to lay down on it to see the brace bar in the middle through the mattress, take my word for it, it was completely unusable. If you were running this hotel, wouldn't it have made sense to go out and immediately purchase a new sleeper sofa for this room? They told us that they were gradually replacing the sleeper sofas anyway. That is not what they did. They, instead, gave us a reduced rate on a single room for our daughter. Not exactly family togetherness, and charged us 35 dollars per night extra. Before you stay at this hotel, if you need the sofa sleeper, make sure you ask them how old it is.
