I just spent two nights at the Capri Motel, a place I've been staying for the last 15 years or so. Apparently, the motel is under new management and I did see some improvements, However, NEVER, EVER, have I been treated with such extreme rudeness by a person manning the front desk of a motel/hotel. It is my understanding this person was fairly new on the job, but apparently she missed the human relations seminar where the explanation of "patrons at your hotel" are actually your "GUESTS". I can only hope she will not be there next year. My warning if you stay there before she is gone: Pay your $$, go to your room and for god's sake, don't ask for anything extra, i.e., pillows, towels, and/or cups, and you should do just fine.
