For a "high-end" "posh" resort the customer service was sorely lacking...our dinner plates from room service were left over-night in the hallway by our door...when breakfast was delivered the next morning the server left the dinner dishes...both sets of dishes were still there when we returned several hours later! YUCK.When I called to have them picked up I was told "We'll get them when we can"..I then said something to the front desk and was bluntly told "You know you have to call" when I explained I did, she said she would get right on it. Getting coffee the next morning was just as exciting. When I went to get my second cup of coffee at the coffee bar (not the restaurant) the server asked if she could re-use my cup "because I'm trying to save money"...ok then...when I told her the croissant/roll wasn't up to par she squeezed it and said "Seems fresh to me"...at this point I'm just floored...I emailed the GM and told her about the poor customer service experiences and never heard back...sad.
