On their website they advertise high speed wireless internet in the rooms. This is not true you can pick up 1 bar worth of wireless signal but couldnt reach the internet. It was not a computer issue as they tried to say because we took three computers 1 was a Mac, 1 was a Windows 7 laptop, and the other was a Windows Vista laptop and none of them could access the internet the internet using their free wireless internet. Shortly after checking in we called the front desk and the clerk said there should be internet in the room to and he was going to call their IT guy to have him check it out. The next day we were told it was a problem with our laptops so we took them downtown and we were able to access the internet using other unsecure networks. When we were checking out I said something to the guy at the front desk he just started giving us another story of why the internet didnt work and still refused to take responsibility for the false advertisement. The onsite store was closed all weekend, and so were the pools. There was hair on the hair dryer that didnt work and soap scum in the tub.
