We stayed at Terra Andina Hotel for 4 nights and we were very impressed with the hotel. The hotel staff was great, always friendly. The service was good. The hotel room was simple but very clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was very good with a very good continental breakfast every morning with a variety of different foods to choose from including fruits, yogurts, cereal, eggs, bacon, 4 different juices, milk, and coffee. We ate traditional Peruvian food there as well. The Lomo Saltada was delicious. The location is very convenient to the open market and a 10 min walk to the plaza de armas. We liked the location because it was not in the middle of the town square and quiet at night. Taxi service is readily available. Fernando was waiting for us at the airport as promised and drove us to the hotel. He also arranged our transportation to the train station to Machu-Picchu and a tour guide for us. You can't go wrong with Terra Andina Hotel.
