my family and I check in and was asked for my credit card normal practice right, no they charged me for my room plus a security deposit which I didnt know until check out which took two hours to do because the staff was ill equiped to deal with the problems of poor hotel upkeep and overbooking. My room A/C was a joke it didnt do anything but make noise infact the air temp outside the room was almost fifteen degrees cooler, asked for another room but none was available due to overbooking. While waiting to checkout which took two hours a gentelman came into the lobby and walked to the front desk and asked the staff why they had not came and got him out of the bathroom he was traped in for 45 min., their reply was "sorry sir but we are very busy if you could go back to your room we will send someone down to help you get your son out of the bathroom." the gentleman explained to the staff "I was the one traped in the bathroom my son called you for help and you never came, I cant sta in that room please let me have one that the bathroom door works. Sorry sir but we have nothing we can give you 10% off your room if you go back to it. this is just one problem I witnessed while checking out, forget the staff giving room keys to drunk people just walking in requesting one saying they couldnt remember what room it was and dont remember what name the room is under.
