My husband, two teenaged daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family. We picked it online because it offered 2 Queen sized beds but didn't expect much. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating - checking us in early without charging extra or even blinking an eye. The beds were amazingly comfortable (and that's coming from someone with chronic back problems). The room was extremely quiet and clean, even though it is located on a busy street. The room was beautiful. The continental breakfast was a little sparse - fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, waffles, juice, and coffee. The pool is little more than a wading pool, however... 4 feet long by 3 feet wide with depth of 4 feet. Wifi worked well. Close to the university and lots of restaurants. Oh! And if you stay here, make sure you go to Duke's Bar and Grill about half a mile away on Iowa for the evening! Welcoming neighborhood bar feel! We would definitely stay at this hotel again! Decent neighborhood, close to a bad neighborhood in town.
