Watch out for these guys! Five days before arriving we canceled the 2nd night of a two night stay here. Over the phone, an inexperienced (carefully coached?) FogCatcher employee assured us the cancellation was made. When we arrived however, we learned that no cancellation had been made, and the management refused to discuss a refund. Over the course of several calls, spanning months with the ABC and XYZ, the Manager covered up for the employee who appears to have lied to us, and employed subterfuge and stall tactics. To this day the Manager has refused to refund the $* he took for a night we never stayed at the FogCatcher Inn. Remember the name FogCatcher. Then hang onto your wallet.
