Our stay was fantastic! We had to move from another resort for some uncleanliness issues to the Hampton Inn and Suites in Myrtle Beach ocean front. When we first arrived to check in the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Our three children was anxious to get to the beach, so they offered for us to use the pool and go to the beach before our room was even ready. They ask that we provide a cell phone to be reached once our room was ready, and it was no longer than an hour and our room was ready. Our room was super clean and inviting. The ocean front view was amazing. Our bed linens were so clean and white, not to mention our beds were super comfortable. The hot and cold continental breakfast that was offered daily was always fresh, hot and had alot of variety. The 24 hour complimentary hot beverage and coffee bar was such a treat to have. The kid activities were great. Our 9 and 11 year old sure enjoyed participating in them. We had a warm, inviting feeling with the front desk staff. It sure felt like they were family. Our overall experience as great! We would definately recommend this hotel/resort to anyone planning to visit Myrtle Beach.
