1st Stay=Great! 2nd Stay=Bad!

The location is nice since it's right off I-75 (exit 193) and there is a McDonalds, another eating place (forget the name), a couple gas stations, and a car wash right next to the hotel. The hotel is quite new and the furnishings, room decor, etc are all modern, new, and nice. Both times, our room had a mini-fridge and microwave (not sure if ALL rooms have this or not) Smoking rooms are available which is a big plus if you're a smoker. As others have mentioned, the beds are very comfortable, and they also have two each of FIRM and SOFT pillows which are labeled on the pillowcases. They also have a nice continental breakfast with a good variety of different foods. Our first stay was excellent- no complaints. However, during this last stay, the housekeeper entered/cleaned the room even though the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door, and then again, knocked on the door and woke us up the following day asking if we wanted our room cleaned even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door again. The front desk then called (and woke us up AGAIN) verifying that we didn't want our room cleaned. When I complained about the two visits, despite the sign being on the door as well as the phone call, the front desk person, instead of apologizing complained that the maid had mentioned that we had broken one of the ashtrays (which we accidentally HAD broken AND REPLACED!) Thought it was bad customer service that they complained about a broken ashtray rather than simply apologizing for the constant interruptions. The price is also too high in my opinion for the town it's in! We will NOT be staying here a 3rd time.
