horrible customer service and a/c

a/c was broken. asked to have it fixed at checkin @ 3pm. came back at 11pm, still not fixed. my kids were exhausted and dirty from summer wedding event. they said the maintenance guy left less than an hour earlier, too bad. took another hour of complaining to get another room. the a/c in that room was clicking badly. horrible stay. the front desk personnel were very unfriendly and snobby. no compassion or creativity on how to remedy the situation. i told the front desk at checkout about the miserable stay. no discount or offer for discounted stay next time. full price. and at $ per room, it was not worth it... especially where it is.
