We are a young couple, early 20s, the Chateau staff is obviously trained to cater to the older wealthy looking clientele. We were greeted at the curb with Are you sure you are staying here? Dressed for a formal dinner that evening we were directed to sit in the casual dining area and given the burger menu. Could we have the dinner menus please? The food may be too expensive was the reply. An expensive hotel: The service was poor, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is amazing.
