The evening staff was extrememly courteours, positive and provdied excellent customer service. The room was very nice, with everything that I needed, and was very, very clean. The Room Service Staff was quick, efficient and courteous. The cookies were wonderful too. I would stay at the Doubletree on Sanderlin in Memphis, TN again in a heartbeat!!!
