We had a lovely room overlooking the pool, which was covered, but the surrounding waterfalls and plantings were very picturesque. The room was clean and linens very nice. The restaurant was another story. Shame on them...for a Hyatt it was not what anyone would expect. There were only two waiters (one of whom was the bartender as well). Coffee was cold, little food to select from a very limited menu. We had to sit in the bar to eat dinner as the dining room had had a group in and they were in to process of cleaning the room. We wouldn't eat there again, I'd rather drive a mile or two or more for a decent dining experience.
