Booked room from travelers website, which only shows the beautiful part of the resort& all it's wonderful amenitie doesn't show how they pull the wool over your eyes. We booked here because we only stay at resorts, upon arrival, we find out that we are being placed in the old "jamaican" motor inn, that for years was in the stay and play book and I would never book because it looked like a dive! Apparently the carribean has recently purchased as an overflow. We were in "shock" paid money to book a resort and had to stay in a "motor inn" had to work on toilet ourselves daily, all doors were swollen and when you finally got closed had to jerk open. Not even a microwave in room, the safes lock was ripped off and would not shut. Tv was old, and the channel you chose was not the channel it was, red lines all through tv, cotton ball & bandaid over smoke detector, coffee maker-no coffee, door keys quit working second day, unloading area (like a rat maze), we sat by the pool looking into the rooms we had called for with big flat screen t.V.'s nice furniture, etc. The only good thing we found was the tiki bar & it's employees & the restaurant. If you want a one room suit in a resort, on the way down on our 41/2 hr. Drive, I was picking with my daughter, when asked where we were staying, I made up some name of a motor inn (joking) boy was the joke on me. Big rip off!!! If you want to book a one room suite, you better book it somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Omg!!!!!!
