The positives - We stayed for one night. We came to Myrtle Beach for a day of golf and fun and decided to stay the night. The front desk clerk first quoted my husband $* and he negotiated it down to $*...which is the going online rate. The room was clean and we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The first room was a bedroom with two double beds. The next room was a galley kitchen fully equipped. The third a separate living room with a murphy bed and a twin bed in a pull out couch. The ocean view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the TV in the living area was a HUGE flat screen. It also has wireless and a DVD player. The restaurant next door was AWESOME!! They have a really good southern buffet at breakfast and you get an ocean view. The pools were nice and clean. I could understand that during a more crowded season it could be a tight squeeze. The bathroom is VERY small. I noticed we did not have coffee and called the front desk. I was told "we were supposed to, but if we didn't we could go to the restaurant next door in the morning"....no service there. The noise level was terrible and I wouldn't roam the hotel at night without company. There were alot of drunks and party goers in the halls. The parking garage is a nightmare and across the street. Be CAUTIOUS!! It's a tight squeeze! Definitely fine for a few days and if you're looking for a hotel with the most amenities and a budget friendly price. Its not a luxury hotel, but was fine for our needs.
