I woulld rate this hotel as a 6 out of 10. Nice hotel; however the cleaning staff is not too fond of doing a great job in the rooms. Hot tub was not hot. This hotel is advertised as being at the base of Pike's Peak, but in reality is not even close to the mountain. I did enjoy the trails just out back of the hotel. Lots of wildlife and very scenic in what it Ute Park.
