The hotel halls were dirty. There is no elevator. The room we got had no closet. The attendants were very helpful. You can get FREE chocolate, coffee or tea, and pop-corn. You get a great deal by eating in the cafe inside the hotel. The food is GREAT, and the prices are fantastic! There is FREE wireless Internet access. The location is perfect, right off the freeway. It has a nice indoor pool and spa, it also has a small gym. Overall, I would give it a "B and triple minus" (very close to a "C" plus.
