The hotel should have offered more to their guests.

As a guest...we had to PAY to park at the hotel. We also had to PAY for internet usage and it was PER computer. The staff was very nice and helpful but for the money spent they could have done better. Ice machine on the floor was not working and the soda machine was empty for most selections. The pool was heated and very large with a lazy river and kids water slides but the pool was full of leaves and sticks.
