I took my chances on this hotel because of the good reviews, and it was comparable to another (newer) hotel down the street. I was soooo disappointed. The rooms are not updated, and they don't have appeared to have been since the 70's. The wall paper is that printed board that has the wallpaper built in, brown striping of the 1The first morning, housekeeping came to our room at 9:00 am. Then, the shower curtain liner was missing, so water went all over the bathroom floor. The towels we put down to soak it up turned yellow. The bathroom sink didn't drain. The wi-fi is just as slow as dial up. It feels like an old hospital that has been converted into a hotel, no joke. I will not stay at ANY Best Western's in the future. The only up side was that it was near a Starbuck's and the mall.
