Room was quiet and comfortable, room service was very good. Two major problems, though: Check in was very slow - was told there was a 15 minute wait to get a room open, and had to wait nearly an hour. The second and biggest concern was the block placed on my debit card courtesy of two 'pre-authorizations' requested by the hotel for a total of over $$$. I wasn't able to use my card even when returning to the States...had to stop by my bank and straighten out the situation with their Fraud Department. I don't know what sort of policy requires a hotel to 'pre-authorize' a debit card for hundreds of dollars, but I do know that I will not be staying at this hotel again.
