A disappointment

I spent two nights at this hotel this spring. The lobby is beautiful, if in a fashion that is a bit outdated. But the rooms themselves are Spartan and very cramped. I've stayed in several hotels in Japan and the rooms in this hotel are much smaller than others I've stayed in. I had ordered a crib for my infant, but asked them to remove it as with it there, there was no room left that wasn't covered with furniture. Additionally, the food was not impressive. I went down to the restaurant buffet for breakfast, but ended up leaving as I couldn't justify $30 for a buffet that was only bread items and an omelet station. I ordered room service breakfast one day and couldn't even eat the eggs as they were such a disturbing color of orange. I ordered soup one night that was okay, but it came with shrimp tempura that had virtually no shrimp and just a soggy outer coating of bread crumbs. Additionally, as I work late nights when in Japan, 24 hour room service is important to me, but there were only 3 or 4 items on the menu aside from dessert after 10pm.
