"Missed on the Bed, Bath, and Beyond"

When I arrived at 4pm, a king room was not available, so I took 2 doubles. Evening reception was OK with local pizza. Tried the wireless internet acccess - it would not work with my computer although they tried to give me a wireless port. In the morning I had no water pressure in the shower or the sink and maintenance was not in until after I had to leave at 7:30, even though they were suppose to be in at 7. No offer of a different room or anything. My room rate was refunded after I complained to the corporate office.
