This property is promoted as a "luxury" property, but nobody told the staff. Personel seemed to be teenagers with little understanding of quality service. Bathroom wasn't clean on arrival, bedside lamp didn't work. At the front desk I asked if I could get a late check-out, I was told "I can't authorize that". So what does the front desk do? Rooftop pool area was closed all weekend for private parties. Back to the Biltmore.
