Horrible Customer Service

Unfortunately about half of the staff was rude and not very friendly- The bartender needed a lesson in human behavior and a couple of the others just had no clue. We were told any sort of a late checkout (1/2 hour) would not be granted. No coffee, tea, water in the lobby- Just not a good experience- Also, we went during a softball tournament time and the booking was impossible with the hotel itself- So we went online and had a much better experience. Not somewhere we would ever stay again.
