AC UNIT leaked out, floor wet! Did not offer to change our room or help out. Terrible sofa mattress, felt bad for my son. TV was not working correctly, froze up ALOT. Maid service walked in on us many times! Hard to communicate with them. Took 3 days to find cot!! Staff was very nice and tried to be accomodating.
