The manager was very cordial, very polite. Once it was time for checkout though, the staff became combatative, saying checkout was at 11, and they could move it to 12 (we had extenuating circumstances that resulted in staying out until 6 am) [lost car keys] and in mid sentence, angrily say 11 o'clock. That and the paltry sum of towels that we were given, and no refrigerator to boot, are the only real complaints.
