Great service / Good price

We only stayed one night; however, the room rate for the level of service was exceptional. Only negative was the breakfast. We had three in our room, and we received free breakfast for two, which wasn't bad, but the order placed for a non buffet meal took forever to get. It was delicious, but should not have taken over half an hour to receive. It was like the waitress forgot that I had placed an order. I would definitely recommend that you make reservations though, it was a 15 minute + wait. Pool was lovely, and there were a lot of lounge chairs to accommodate everyone. I used the late check-out option which was really nice. It seemed a lot of people did the same thing, so there was a 20 minute wait to have the car brought around. A hotel employee brought cold bottled water to everyone, so it wasn't horrible to wait in the Florida heat to get your car. The hotel does have a free shuttle bus that takes you to area attractions, but they are for set times, so if you are not flexible, then expect to pay at least $* for a town car to take you to your destination (if you do not want to drive yourself). Disney hotels and Loew's hotels (Universal Studios) were priced higher than the Ritz, but I don't think they could rival the service provided by the Ritz.
