Doubletree was great! Check-in was a breeze and we had great customer service. The room was large, clean and had a great view of Tampa Bay. The only glitch we encountered was that the phones in the room would not let us retrieve a message. Ironically, the message was from the front desk, checking in on our satisfaction. The front desk was able to help me with the phone. The staff was friendly and my daughter really enjoyed the pool!
