Stayed in "rainforest room" for anniversary with my girlfriend. Paid $* for room filled with cheesy rattan furniture and few plastic plants. Bed was by far the worst bed of ANY hotel I've ever stayed in. Loud stomping and music from above until 5:00am. When I finally called front desk at 3:30 I was told they would look into it. Noise never stoppped. Left this hotel feeling like I was taken advantage of. Emailed hotel manager about horrible stay-- no response. Telling everyone I know to STAY AWAY!!
