Awful customer service.

This hotel had the absolute worst customer service...indifferent, completely unhelpful and, even worse, seemingly unwilling to help. The website was not updated to inform us that onsite parking was not available and that we'd have to park across the street in a parking garage. The front desk service was actually rude when we called to inquire about our reservations. I had e-mailed the Marketing Director with our complaints and she still hasn't responded.
