The hotel was beautiful. Only complaint was that they misunderstood our directions on the last day and packed our luggage in the cab when we asked them to hold it in the lobby for us after check-out. Got all the way to Notre Dame (1/2 hr drive and 20 euro fair) before we realized it was with us. We drove back to the hotel to drop off. They said it was a misunderstanding and felt they had done nothing wrong. We were hoping for a lunch or cab voucher, but the staff refused to compensate in any way. They would have had a 5 star rating, if not for that incident.
