Leaving much to be desired

My sister and I stayed in this motel when we visited Monterey last week. The gentleman running the front desk was quite impersonable. When we asked about the pool he told us we could get towels before we went out 2 hrs later. In that time he could have made it over to the pool to skim the top. But nope. We had to do it ourselves. The bathroom was kind of gross with dirt in places that should have been removed the last 10 times they cleaned it. In their defense, it is a lower end place and they had beautiful flowers out front. It just left a little to be desired in the cleanliness area.
