The people working in the restaurant were wonderful, courteous and very attentive. And the food was great. Unfortunately my room did not get made up the first day after I had slept in it and asked at the front desk for it to be cleaned. It appeared it was going to happen the next day when none came to my room when I was out in the morning. When I returned I asked the cleaning woman (who was still on my floor) if she could have my room made up when I leave again in an hour. She told me I would have to go to the front desk to request it. I did go to the front desk and explained that this was the second day it hadn't been cleaned. He asked if I had my Do not Disturb on. I told him no and the cleaning woman was just a few doors down from my room. He explained that over 100 people had left that morning because of a National girls softball tournament. I really think instead of making excuses that the hotel should not take on more guests than it can handle.
